Stacie loves diving into how the body works and how to correct the functioning. She shines in restorative and preventative health and working on the cellular level. We can't change our DNA but we can support the body for proper functioning and improve things.
I am a licensed aesthetician and nationally board-certified classical homeopath. I was born and raised in Lithuania where I became very interested in skincare and helping people while studying nursing and aesthetics. My family moved to the United States in 1999 where I completed my aesthetics training in Atlanta, GA, (2002). I have a deeper understanding of the skin. With my 20+ years of medical esthetics experience, I realized that healthy skin is a reflection of a healthy body, mind, and spirit as well, which lead me to pursue my education in integrative and holistic medicine - Homeopathy.
I completed my 3-year Homeopathic Practitioner education at The American Medical College of Homeopathy at PIHMA, Phoenix, Arizona (2019). I received the Council for Homeopathic Certification/Board-Certification (CCH) in USA and BSc (Hons) in Homeopathy at Middlesex University in London, UK (2021). I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Traditional Naturopathy (ND).​
I am a big advocate of alternative - holistic therapies and a healthy lifestyle. I first encountered homeopathy about 9 years ago while searching for alternative therapies to help improve my child's health. This wonderful experience led me to pursue homeopathy professionally in order to help others. Homeopathy is a holistic medical system that attempts to stimulate the body to heal itself. The individual is considered as a whole, so as a homeopath practitioner, I take into consideration a person’s environment, lifestyle, mental, emotional, and physical symptoms, and provide individualized treatment for the person.
In addition to homeopathy and holistic skincare I also, offer Tissue Cell Salt Therapy, Gemmotherapy, and Bach Flower Therapy. My goal is to help each individual achieve optimal health. While I am a board-certified homeopath with extensive education in the science and art of homeopathy, I am not a medical doctor and do not diagnose or treat specific diseases. I work holistically in tandem with your medical doctor to encourage overall health and wellness. My methods are designed to provide symptom relief as well as holistic therapy toward mental/physical/emotional balance. ​

HOMEOPATHIC HOLISTIC HEALTH CONSULTATION
Homeopathy's philosophy states that the mind, body, and emotions are not distinct. Every human experience has the potential to leave an imprint on the physical body or emotional sphere. As a result, the homeopathic consultation begins with an initial in-depth interview. This appointment usually lasts 90 minutes. I will be will asking a wide range of questions to gain a thorough knowledge of the client's condition on the physical, mental, emotional levels, energy level, and how they respond to their surroundings.
It is essential to fully understand all levels of function: mental, emotional, and physical. Chronic emotional stress, for example, can lead to immune system issues, chronic skin challenges, difficulty digesting or assimilation of food, or difficulty sleeping, while physical problems can lead to emotional unrest or anxiety. In general, all of the client's presenting symptoms, including the main complaint, behavioral patterns, and personality characteristics, are significant symptoms in homeopathic analysis.
I will prescribe a homeopathic remedy based on each individual's symptoms in order to strengthen the individual's innate vitality and heal the underlying issue that caused the symptoms in the first place.
Homeopathy is an active process in which most of the healing is fueled by the patient’s own immune system.
The goal of homeopathy is not to treat symptoms but to recognize and treat the underlying cause of the symptoms. As a result, rather than matching disease symptoms, the effective homeopathic remedy is based on understanding the whole person.
Following the initial interview and remedy prescription, follow-up visits will be scheduled every 4-8 weeks. These visits are essential for determining the extent of the remedy's action and whether additional remedies are required. Some cases are pretty straightforward, and the individual will feel much better after a short period of time with one remedy. In certain circumstances, multiple remedies will be required to "peel" away the layers and restore full health.
Changes experienced following the correct remedy may include the disappearance of specific symptoms, an increase in energy, and an improved immune response.

CORRECTIVE SKIN CONSULTATION
Holistic skin consultation for acne, rosacea, pigmentation, melasma, sensitive and dry skin.
Your corrective skin health assessment will include a professional evaluation of your skin's texture, color, moisture level, laxity, overall health, and current skin care regimen.
In order to achieve the most effective results a comprehensive plan will be provided, including recommendations on skin treatments and skin care products.
This consultation is scheduled for 30 minutes
A Corrective Skin & Homeopathic Consultation is recommended if you are experiencing more severe skin symptoms (breakouts, dark circles, puffiness around the eyes, redness, rashes, hypersensitivity, premature aging, severe dryness, and allergies).

CORRECTIVE SKIN & HOMEOPATHIC CONSULTATION
Homeopathy considers skin conditions such as pigmentation, breakouts, dark circles, puffiness around the eyes, redness, rashes, sensitivity, premature aging, dryness, and allergies as a local expression of a systemic/internal disturbance. All skin disorders are a reflection of an internal imbalance and need to be treated from within as well.
The homeopathic medicines for various skin conditions are selected after a full individualizing examination and case analysis, which includes the medical and physical history as well as the mental constitution, and genetic predisposition of the client.
Homeopathic treatment, which gets to the root of the problem will strengthen the immune system, restores hormonal imbalance, and will heal the skin from a deeper level.
This consultation is scheduled for 90 minutes.
