Madison's story started in her twenties when she gained significant weight in just a few months. To lose weight, Madison began learning about weight loss and found that the key to that was to understand diet and nutrition. She began journaling her foods, counting calories, and learning which foods were best for her and her health. As Madison changed her lifestyle according to her learning, the weight began to come off. She was so excited that she could change her health with her diet that she decided to go back to college and study nutrition to help others lose weight and regain their health. Unbeknownst to Madison, Noyoyo had begun its developmental stages.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee with her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Sciences in 2018, Madison immediately started working in the nutrition field as a weight loss consultant for one of those big-name companies. Madison loved consulting and coaching but needed to improve the traditional weight loss model. Many of her clients could lose weight while eating the prepackaged foods provided by the company. Still, they could not keep the weight off after returning to the Standard American Diet. Madison also needed help with maintaining her weight. As she would stop calorie counting, she would start gaining weight. Madison and her clients were on the yo-yo diet cycle, and she set out to figure out how to prevent it.

Madison continued researching and experimenting with the best ways to lose and keep weight off. Madison began learning about toxins and the effect they have on our health. She realized that she had toxin exposures that were not only making her sick but also causing her to continue to battle with her weight. Madison began to detox her diet and changed her approach to health. She started looking more holistically at her weight and health instead of just calories in and out. Madison began the somewhat painful discovery that most processed foods are toxic and unrecognizable to the human body as food. As Madison cleaned up her diet and cut out the to-go foods and the packaged so-called "health" foods, she began feeling better and had energy again. Madison started cutting out toxins in other areas of her life, including drinking water and cleaning products. Madison realized she was eating as much as she could and wanted but not gaining back weight. That's when NOYOYO was born.

Madison began teaching her findings to her clients at a weight loss clinic where she was employed. The clients no longer needed the addictive and short-term solution of appetite suppressants and semaglutide injections. They only needed to eat "clean" and live a healthy lifestyle, and the weight would come off effortlessly.

Madison decided she needed to go on her own and create a program for everyone else out there who was tired of dieting and restricting themselves only to yo-yo on the scale. She began her business in 2022 and has been beyond pleased with the results. Clients lose weight effortlessly. They understand how food and lifestyle affect their weight and health. With this understanding, Madison's clients are empowered and can make choices supporting their health and longevity. They are free from dieting and food restrictions. No more yo-yo dieting!
