Shahida Baig
Shahida is a CIDESCO graduate from Zurich, Switzerland. Trained in England and Ireland, in practice since 1993. Member of American Electrology Association and Georgia Electrology Association, Board certified with American Reflexology Certification Board.
These skills she is considering bringing into our office soon.

Shahida understands the importance of exercise as well as energy in the body. These two play a critical role in our health.
If the energy flow is impeded we will start to have health issues arise. She teaches us the way to ease into stretches that will improve our health while getting exercise simply and effectively.
Qigong
Originating in China, Qigong has been used for centuries for overall health and wellbeing. In this class you will learn a series of gentle flowing movements that will have a positive effect on all the joints of the body. Deep abdominal breathing creates a rhythmic harmony in the mind, and allows a unified flow of energy throughout the body. Everyone can benefit from Qigong as it is a powerful tool for prevention. Most students report feeling energized yet calm at the completion of class.
​In traditional Chinese medicine if the flow of Qi is obstructed the bones, ligaments, and muscles contract leading to ill-health.
​The gentle movements of Qigong encourage the flow of energy by opening our joints, softening our tissues, and releasing tension both in body and mind!

By combining a relaxed body and a calm mind with rhythmic breathing, we achieve a state of harmony. Life becomes more manageable and less stressful.
